I am a multifunctional project manager, PMI-PMP certified.

I am also a passionate agile professional and as well PMI-ACP certified as PSMI certified.

I have an extended experience in projects based on PMI-certification, SCRUM and agile projects and  ITIL related work.

Recent projects were Java, PHP and dot.Net based realisations.
 

I speak Dutch, French and English very fluently and have notions of German.
 

As an expert in Office automation it would be great to help your organisation in helping you out to structure internal processes, KPI’s and automate the follow-up of these processes. Processes can be internal as well as customer related projects.
 

As a project manager I help defining scope, planning, controlling, and delivering in time and within budget a product of high quality using all aspects of PMI and Scrum based project management by keeping the teams motivated and focused.
